| dc.description | This article describes the stages followed to design, validate and run an exploratory and confirmatory factorial analysis of the COHESIONA scale which aims at assessing the impact of the cooperative abilities workshops. These are spaces in which sensitivity dynamics towards teamwork are carried out in order to show the importance of issues such as group cohesion or diversity. The sample used to validate the questionnaire was composed of 249 students of the Marketing Fundamentals subject at Universitat Jaume I (Spain). This tool has been subjected to different psychometric validation tests with the purpose of investigating its reliability and validity. Results show appropriate values for these tests. Additionally, the exploratory and confirmatory factorial analysis showed just one factor. The final questionnaire is composed of 24 items which are explained by that factor called “Sensitivity towards cooperative learning”. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este artículo describe las etapas seguidas para diseñar, validar y realizar un análisis factorial exploratorio y confirmatorio de la escala de actitudes COHESIONA, cuya finalidad es evaluar el impacto de los talleres de habilidades cooperativas. En estos espacios se realizan dinámicas de sensibilización sobre el trabajo en equipo donde se abordan aspectos tales como la cohesión del grupo o la diversidad. La muestra para diseñar la escala estuvo compuesta por 249 estudiantes de la asignatura Fundamentos de Marketing de la Universitat Jaume I (España). Esta escala ha sido sometida a diferentes pruebas de validación psicométrica para indagar sobre su fiabilidad y validez. Los resultados muestran valores adecuados para estas pruebas. A partir del análisis factorial exploratorio y confirmatorio se obtuvo un único factor. La escala de actitud final ha quedado compuesta por un total de 24 ítems explicados por dicho factor denominado “Sensibilización hacia el aprendizaje cooperativo”. | es-ES |
