Descripción :	This article aims to analyze the threats to the fundamental rights of indigenous peoples and the environment of Bill 191/2020. The method of approach used is the deductive one to analyze the proposals of legislative alteration and the possible threats to the fundamental rights of the indigenous peoples and to the environment, considering the guarantee of the original rights of the indigenous peoples foreseen in the Federal Constitution of 1988. Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar as ameaças aos direitos fundamentais dos povos indígenas e ao meio ambiente do Projeto de Lei 191/2020.  O método de abordagem utilizado é o dedutivo para analisar as propostas de alteração legislativa e as possíveis ameaças aos direitos fundamentais dos povos indígenas e ao meio ambiente, considerando a garantia dos direitos originários dos povos indígenas previstos na Constituição Federal de 1988
