Título :	Electrician movement for the recovery of their work in the 21st century Movimiento electricista por la recuperación de su materia de trabajo en el siglo XXI

Descripción :	This research is devoted to the study of the socio-labor movement carried out by the Mexican Union of Electricians for the recovery of their work matter while ending the labor relations of 44,000 workers through a presidential decree that ordered the extinction of the parastatal company Luz y Fuerza del Centro. The main objective is the analysis of this movement, from the political-affective culture, decision-making, identity and collective subjectivities. Methodologically, we resorted to socio-historical analysis, supported by the techniques of life history research, group discussion, direct and participant observation and the support of various documentary sources. The main findings of this investigation were: a) various forms adopted in the construction of a political-affective culture that guided its collective action were detected; b) shed light on the analysis of decision making to explain the significance of rejecting the government's liquidation proposal; c) it was revealed that in the battle for the recovery of their labor source at the same time an identity-labor struggle was evident; d) a complex network of practices and actions was observed that formed a collective will to explain the successful maintenance of this movement. Esta investigación se aboca al estudio del movimiento socio-laboral llevado a cabo por el Sindicato Mexicano de Electricistas por la recuperación de su materia de trabajo al dar fin a las relaciones laborales de 44,000 trabajadores por medio de un decreto presidencial que dispuso la extinción de la empresa paraestatal Luz y Fuerza del Centro.  El objetivo principal es el análisis de este movimiento, desde la cultura política-afectiva, la toma de decisiones, la identidad y las subjetividades colectivas. Metodológicamente se recurrió al análisis socio-histórico, apoyado en las técnicas de investigación historia de vida, discusión de grupos, observación directa y participante y el soporte de diversas fuentes documentales. Los principales hallazgos de esta investigación fueron: a) se detectaron diversas formas adoptadas en la construcción de una cultura política-afectiva que orientó su acción colectiva; b) arrojó elementos esclarecedores en el análisis de la toma de decisiones para explicar la significación que implicaba rechazar la propuesta gubernamental de liquidación; c) se develó que en la batalla por la recuperación de su fuente laboral al mismo tiempo se evidenciaba una pugna identitaria-laboral; d) se observó una compleja red de prácticas y acciones que conformaron una voluntad colectiva para explicar el mantenimiento exitoso de este movimiento.
