dc.description	This article analyzes the legal references and pedagogical guidelines for intercultural education, based on imaginary and realities that emerge in socio-educational contexts. Its methodological approach was developed from a documentary design and bibliographic character, by the theoretical approach that allows the interdisciplinary understanding of the categories of analysis under study. Among the findings, the little correspondence between what is stipulated in the legal references, pedagogical orientations and curricular guidelines and the praxis evidenced in the socio-educational context from the dynamics of intercultural education is revealed.	en-US
dc.description	El presente artículo analiza los referentes legales y orientaciones pedagógicas para la educación intercultural, a partir de imaginarios y realidades que emergen en contextos socioeducativos. Su abordaje metodológico, se desarrolló desde un diseño documental y carácter bibliográfico, por la aproximación teórica que permite la comprensión interdisciplinar de las categorías de análisis objeto de estudio.  Entre los hallazgos, se devela la poca correspondencia entre lo estipulado en los referentes legales, orientaciones pedagógicas y lineamientos curriculares y la praxis evidenciada en el contexto socioeducativo desde la dinámica de educación intercultural.	es-ES
