dc.description	The article proposes a philosophical inquiry -whose starting point are the theoretical contributions of Michel Foucault- in order to problematize the generation with the conformation of the neoliberal matrix of a social order based on competition, the ontologization of inequality and the denial of the popular majorities. Based on this conceptual inquiry, it is proposed towards the end of the work to briefly put in tension the updating that is taking place within the framework of contemporary neoliberalism of new forms of denial of otherness linked to the deployment of a “hate speech” on certain groups of the population.	en-US
dc.description	El artículo propone una indagación filosófica -cuyo punto de partida son los aportes teóricos de Michel Foucault- a efectos de problematizar la generación, con la conformación de la matriz neoliberal, de un orden social basado en la competencia, la ontologización de la desigualdad y la denegación de las mayorías populares. A partir de dicha indagación conceptual, se propone hacia el cierre del trabajo poner someramente en tensión la reactualización que está produciéndose en el marco del neoliberalismo contemporáneo de nuevas formas de denegación de la alteridad ligadas al despliegue de un “discurso del odio” sobre determinados grupos de la población.	es-ES
