dc.description	The purpose of this research is to carry out an analysis of the problem of current social nonconformity on the part of Colombian society, evidenced in the social demonstrations unleashed in the year 2021, which lies in the State-Democracy relationship. Because of this, the analysis and description of the research is the product of three basic inputs, namely, first, the documentary sources and data available in the different entities and institutions related to the subject; second, the word of the actors and spokespersons representing the different social, economic, cultural and political-military forces and organizations, testimonies obtained through extensive interviews and permanent dialogues; and third, the theoretical contributions of those (inside and outside) of the country who have been thinking about this current situation that has generated a new wave of violence. An example of this violence are the homicides that prevail with certain current characteristics: generalization, complexity and recent degradation. It is not possible here to find a method and propose a single explanation of the events studied or a general framework of understanding. We visualize a methodical approach and an explanatory exploration that, from the consideration of homicidal violence in Colombia in a given period, has contributed to stimulate other searches about the reality studied here.	en-US
dc.description	La presente investigación tiene como propósito llevar a cabo un análisis del problema de inconformidad social actual por parte de la sociedad colombiana, evidenciada en las manifestaciones sociales desencadenadas en el año, 2021, lo cual radica en relación Estado-Democracia. A razón de esto, el análisis y descripción de la investigación es el producto de tres insumos básicos, a saber, primero, las fuentes documentales y datos disponibles en las diferentes entidades e instituciones relacionadas con el tema; segundo, la palabra de los actores y voceros representativos de las diferentes fuerzas y organizaciones sociales, económicas, culturales y político-militares, testimonios logrados a través de entrevistas extensas y diálogos permanentes; y tercero, los aportes teóricos de quienes (dentro y fuera) del país han venido pensando sobre esta situación actual que ha  generado una nueva ola de violencia. Ejemplo de esta violencia, son los homicidios que prevalecen con ciertas características actuales: generalización, complejidad y degradación recientes. No se hace posible aquí encontrar un método y proponer una explicación única de sucesos estudiados o un marco de compresión general. Se visualiza una aproximación metódica y una exploración explicativa que, a partir de la consideración de la violencia homicida en Colombia en un período determinado, ha contribuido a estimular otras búsquedas acerca de la propia realidad aquí estudiada.	es-ES
