| dc.description | This paper aims the Kantian theoretical position regarding the aims of human culture. To achieve this end, the following aspects are taken into consideration: first, unsociable sociability is presented as a necessary condition for the species to advance towards the culture of ability; however, the need to protect his life and possessions leads man to settlement within the political community, as a mechanism to restrain his antagonistic impulses. This results in the advance towards the culture of the discipline, which leads to the establishment of a legal order that exerts a civilizing pressure to prepare the ground for morality. The hermeneutic-documentary method is used. Concludes are that in the need to guide us through an ideal of peaceful coexistence, with effective political mechanisms that allow the advancement of human culture. | en-US |
| dc.description | El artículo tiene por objetivo analizar la postura teórica kantiana concerniente a los fines de la cultura humana. Para lograr tal fin, se toman en consideración los siguientes aspectos: en primer lugar, se presenta la insociable sociabilidad como condición necesaria para que la especie avance hacia la cultura de la habilidad; sin embargo, la necesidad de resguardar su vida y las posesiones conduce al hombre al asentamiento dentro de la comunidad política, como mecanismo para refrenar sus impulsos antagónicos. Esto da como resultado el avance hacia la cultura de la disciplina, la cual lleva a la instauración de un orden jurídico que ejerce una presión civilizatoria para preparar el terreno de la moralidad. El método utilizado es el hermenéutico-documental. Se concluye en la necesidad de guiarnos a través de un ideal de convivencia pacífica, con mecanismos políticos efectivos, que permitan el avance de la cultura humana. | es-ES |
