| dc.description | The research offers reasoning that analyzes the challenges of competency education in contemporary society. Therefore, it faces pedagogy by objectives as the modeling of professionals who have the sole purpose of sustaining the production of goods and services over time without considering environmental and human degradation. Next, the education that enables it is used to provide anthropological, epistemic and axiological analyzes that organize the educational fact as the humanization of societies. Who knows does it because he is capable of technically appropriating reality in order to structure just ways of life. They are trained in the dialogic disposition that allows consensus that promotes the ability to weave culture. | dc.description | La investigación ofrece razonamientos que analizan los retos de la educación por competencias en la sociedad contemporánea. Por tanto, se enfrenta a la pedagogía por objetivos como modelación de profesionales que tienen el único fin de sostener la producción de bienes y servicios a lo largo del tiempo sin considerar la degradación ambiental y humana. Seguidamente, la educación que habilita se sirve de disponer análisis antropológicos, epistémicos y axiológico que organizan el hecho educativo como humanización de las sociedades. Quien sabe lo hace porque es capaz de apropiarse técnicamente de la realidad con la finalidad de estructurar modos de vida justos. Se capacita en la disposición dialógica que consiente los consensos que promueve la capacidad de tejer cultura. Conocer el mundo implica operar los recursos disponibles para coordinar sociedades habitables. Se realiza un análisis bibliográfico desde el enfoque racionalista-deductivo. | es-ES |
