| dc.description | This text constituted the pronouncement of the School of Philosophy of the University of Zulia, in response to the document emanating from the Ministry of University Education of Venezuela called: "Re-dimensioning of the National System of University Admission, Based on the Reactivation of the Productive Apparatus" given to know in December 2020. This official document expresses the government's will to prioritize university careers considered extremely important, given the current socio-economic circumstances in Venezuela. However, we think that humanistic careers are not taken into account under any consideration and we interpret that such omission within the indicated document harms the future of the various careers of this nature. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este texto constituyó el pronunciamiento de la Escuela de Filosofía de la Universidad del Zulia, como respuesta ante el documento emanado del Ministerio de Educación Universitaria de Venezuela denominado: “Redimensión del Sistema Nacional de Ingreso Universitario, Basado en la Reactivación del Aparato Productivo” dado a conocer en diciembre de 2020. En tal documento oficial se expresa la voluntad gubernamental de priorizar carreras universitarias consideradas como de extrema importancia, dadas las circunstancias socio económicas actuales en Venezuela. No obstante, pensamos que las carreras humanísticas no son tomadas en cuenta bajo ninguna consideración e interpretamos que tal omisión dentro del documento señalado perjudica el futuro de las diversas carreras de este talante. | es-ES |
