Descripción :	For this moment, in this article, I will limit myself to put in evidence the presence of black-woman teachers in teaching work in Araraquara, having as a reference the building process of the social categories "the woman" and "the black". These categories were analyzed analogously and they are responsible for the representation of what a "black woman" means to be. Upon black women fall, specially, the racist conceptions which originate the category "the black", through which we can also determine the "place" that those women must occupy in the inclusive social order, mainly in the teaching work area. Para este momento do presente artigo, limitar-me-ei a visibilizar a presença de mulheres negras professoras no magistério de Araraquara, tendo como referência o processo de construção das categorias sociais mulher e negro. Estas categorias foram analisadas analogicamente e são responsáveis pelas representações do que é ser "mulher negra". Sobre as mulheres negras incidem, principalmente, as concepções racistas que dão origem à categoria negro, através da qual se determina, também, o "lugar" que essas mulheres devem ocupar na ordem social inclusiva, sobretudo no universo do magistério.
