Descripción :	At the end of the Abolition of Slavery process and the Founding of the Republic, the Brazilian black it turned into a new regime that does not purged the legacy of the slave regime. The free working relationship where the black was submitted did not alter the state of maintenance of racial and social inequalities. In this sense, based on the scientific and literary explanations, through the degrading working relationships established throughout history, and ending in the protests organized by black social groups show that the precarious condition of the black worker and proletarian can still be seen today, as well as the state's role as maintainer of these conditions and how repressive apparatus of contrary manifestations of this class Ao fim do processo de Abolição da Escravidão e da Instauração da República, o negro brasileiro se viu dentro de um novo regime que não expurgou as heranças do regime escravocrata. A relação de trabalho livre em que o negro foi submetido não alterou as condições de manutenção das desigualdades raciais e sociais. Nesse sentido, partindo das explicações científicas e literárias, passando pelas relações de trabalho degradantes estabelecidas ao longo da história, e terminando nos protestos organizados pelos grupos sociais negros, mostraremos que a condição precária do trabalhador negro e proletário ainda pode ser vista nos dias atuais, assim como o papel do Estado como mantenedor dessas condições e como aparelho repressor das manifestações contrárias ou reivindicatórias desta classe.
