| Descripción : | This article presents the result of a field research made, in the mountaineer Lima region, with the objective to analyse a program of the digital inclusion that the peruvian State is introduce in the rural areas. The present ethnographic report show users brief profiles of these rural telecenters, above considerate the trajectory of the technicians that responsible for their administrations. Moreover, this article presents too the technological and financial infra-structure of this pilot experience, established at Huaral e Aucallama, whose model intend to be expanded to others three thousands rural locations. After the exposition of this ethnography and the steps taken to get the contacts and interviews, this article concludes show some perspectives and possibilities of further research. Este artigo apresenta o resultado de uma pesquisa de campo realizada, na região serrana de Lima, com o objetivo de analisar o programa de inclusão digital que o Estado peruano vem implantando nas áreas rurais. O presente relato etnográfico apresenta então um breve perfil dos usuários desses telecentros rurais, além de considerar a trajetória dos técnicos que respondem por sua administração. Além disso, esse artigo apresenta também a infra-estrutura tecnológica e financeira de sustentação dessa experiência piloto, implantada em Huaral e Aucallama, cujo modelo pretende ser reproduzido em outras três mil localidades rurais. Após a exposição dessa etnografia e do caminho realizado para obtenção das entrevistas e dos contatos, este artigo conclui apresentando algumas perspectivas e possibilidades futuras de pesquisa. |
