| dc.description | Este artigo tem por objetivo tomar dois dentre alguns diagnósticos feitos sobre o fim da Guerra Fria e a conseqüente ascendência do que se chamou globalização. Passados alguns anos destas análises surgidas ainda no calor dos acontecimentos, interessa-nos tentar avaliar “erros e acertos”, o que “envelheceu” e o que permaneceu válido delas.
