| Descripción : | All the changes that took place in the local political power are analysed. They are changes which followed the impact of the extinction of the old political parties, the changes in the electoral system, the tributary reform, and the decrease of the federal legislature role. Besides, these changes had as a result a new and peculiar kind of municipal politicians. São analisadas as mudanças ocorridas no poder político local, mudanças decorrentes do impacto da extinção dos antigos partidos políticos, das mudanças no sistema eleitoral, da reforma tributária e da restrição do papel do legislativo federal. São mudanças, ademais, que provocam o aparecimento de políticos municipais diferenciados. |
