Título :	THE PASSIONS AND THE FORMS OF LIFE OF DAENERYS TARGARYEN IN GAME OF THRONES AS PAIXÕES E AS FORMAS DE VIDA DE DAENERYS TARGARYEN EM GAME OF THRONES

Descripción :	The North-American serial fictional narratives have been attracting more and more space among Brazilian people due to cable TV popularization and Internet consumer expansion. This kind of cultural product is one of the main means responsible for spreading and determining values, behaviors and new forms of life. The TV series Game of Thrones was chosen as the corpus of this paper in order to identify the new forms of life that have been transmitted to society, motivated by a good public support and also because of the presence of well-constructed and complex female characters. By analyzing Daenerys Targaryen’s path, female actor whose forms of life undergo a very significant change in the plot, her narrative and passional paths will be approached with the objective of identifying the forms of life attributed to her as well as the actancial, thematic and pathemic roles invested in her. The methodological and theoretical reference for this paper will be based on the Greimassian semiotics, more specifically the narrative and discursive level of the generative process of meaning, in addition to the theoretical precepts about passions and forms of life. As narrativas ficcionais seriadas norte-americanas têm conquistado cada vez mais espaço entre os brasileiros, principalmente após a popularização da TV por assinatura e a expansão dos consumidores da internet. Esse tipo de produto cultural é um dos principais responsáveis por disseminar e determinar valores, comportamentos e novas formas de vida. A fim de identificarmos essas formas de vida que têm sido transmitidas à sociedade, motivadas pela grande adesão de público e também pela presença de personagens femininas bem construídas e complexas, escolhemos como corpus de análise para este trabalho a narrativa seriada televisiva Game of Thrones. Ao analisar o percurso de Daenerys Targaryen, ator feminino cujas formas de vida passam por um devir muito significativo na trama, abordaremos seus percursos narrativo e passional com o objetivo de identificar as formas de vida a ela atribuídas, bem como os papéis actanciais, temáticos e patêmicos nela investidos. Utilizaremos em nosso quadro teórico-metodológico a semiótica de base greimasiana, mais especificamente os níveis narrativo e discursivo do percurso gerativo de sentido, além dos preceitos teóricos acerca das paixões e das formas de vida.
