Descripción :	Towards construction of a interface dialogue between the semiotics theory and psychoanalysis of Freud and Lacan orientation, this paper presents preliminary ideas by epistemological nature, in order to adjust the field of affective phenomena, in which contend place the passions, abundantly investigated by semiotics, the drive, vigorously defended by psychoanalysis, affections, recently reassessed as central to both theories, and the body, held by them as well as the neurosciences and neurobiology that massively occupies the current situation of investigations about this human condition. Underscoring about the resistance offered by some phenomena to the semiotics processes, especially the case of drive and body, as postulated by psychoanalysis and the neurosciences today, the paper follows the discussion on the dispute of Freud's thinking between biologizing readings interpretations and others, more clinical, psychological and language studies from the Viennese doctor. The goal is to legitimize the reading language studies, more specifically, semiotics, which can offer the psychoanalytic field autonomy before the neurosciences and, consequently, a better straighten reconciling the semiotic and psychoanalytic conceptualizations of affective phenomena. Rumo à construção de um diálogo de interface entre a teoria semiótica e a psicanálise de linhagem freudiana e lacaniana, o texto apresenta reflexões prévias, de natureza epistemológica, com vistas a ajustar o campo dos fenômenos afetivos, em que disputam lugar as paixões, fartamente investigadas pela semiótica, as pulsões, vigorosamente defendidas pela psicanálise, os afetos, recentemente reavaliados como centrais por ambas as teorias, e o corpo, disputado por elas como também pelas neurociências e neurobiologias que ocupam massivamente o cenário atual das investigações sobre essa condição humana. Ressaltando liminarmente a resistência que alguns fenômenos oferecem à sua semiotização, mormente o caso das pulsões e do corpo, tal como postulados pela psicanálise e pelas neurociências atuais, o texto envereda na discussão sobre a disputa do pensamento de Freud que se nota entre interpretações mais biologizantes e leituras mais clínicas, psicológicas e linguageiras do médico vienense. O objetivo é legitimar a leitura linguageira, mais especificamente, semiótica, passível de oferecer ao campo psicanalítico uma autonomia perante as neurociências e, em decorrência, aprumar uma melhor compatibilização entre as conceituações semióticas e psicanalíticas dos fenômenos afetivos.
