Descripción :	This article presents the review and analysis of the agricultural programs executed in the municipality of Maní, Casanare during the period 2021-2022, the articulation of these with the Departmental Agricultural Extension Plan (PDEA) and the result in the attention to producers through the public service of agricultural extension and technical assistance through a qualitative documentary review that allows the collection of secondary sources relating the territorial planning instruments with the activities and productive lines registered in the Single Registry of Agricultural Extension (RUEA) to determine if the the guidelines used in the programmatic formulation of the planning instruments are consistent with the current legal regulations and the problems identified by the communities or if, on the contrary, it is necessary to implement a new methodology that allows the construction of territorial agricultural planning instruments in accordance with the municipal vocation, to the aspects of the approach and the social and economic capacities that determine the producer as a user of the single agricultural extension registry. Este artículo presenta la revisión y análisis de los programas agropecuarios ejecutados en el municipio de Maní, Casanare durante el periodo 2021-2022, la articulación de estos con el Plan Departamental de Extensión Agropecuaria (PDEA) y el resultado en la atención a los productores mediante el servicio público de extensión agropecuaria y asistencia técnica a través de una revisión documental cualitativa que permite la recolección de fuentes secundarias relacionando los instrumentos de planificación territorial con las actividades y líneas productivas registradas en el Registro Único de Extensión Agropecuaria (RUEA) para determinar si los lineamientos empleados en la formulación programática de los instrumentos de planificación son coherentes a la normativa legal vigente y a las problemáticas identificadas por las comunidades o si por el contrario se hace necesario implementar una nueva metodología que permita la construcción de instrumentos de planificación agropecuaria territorial acorde a la vocación municipal, a los aspectos del enfoque y las capacidades sociales y económicas que determinan al productor como usuario del registro único de extensión agropecuaria.
