Descripción :	Esta tesis consiste en la descripción y análisis sobre la optimización del flujo comercial con los EE.UU., estableciendo los parámetros y respectivas perspectivas en el devenir de los próximos años. El análisis incluye tres temas fundamentales y vinculados entre sí: crecimiento económico, la inversión extranjera y la política comercial como medios imprescindibles para el desarrollo sostenible y competitivo del país en el nuevo contexto internacional. La tesis se adentra en el análisis de la situación bilateral actual, con el objetivo de profundizar las carencias del Estado uruguayo buscando explicar y señalar las soluciones disponibles para estrechar la relación con los EE.UU., posicionando a Uruguay como un importante socio regional. La información obtenida, posibilitó la formulación de conclusiones que pretendan acelerar el actuar del Estado disponiendo de recomendaciones para la obtención de mejores condiciones de intercambio comercial con los EE.UU., atendiendo además los vínculos y quehaceres futuros de los organismos estatales involucrados en materia comercial y económica de Uruguay. This thesis consists of the description and analysis on the optimization of the commercial flow with the USA, establishing the parameters and respective perspectives in the future of the coming years. The analysis includes three fundamental and interlinked themes: economic growth, foreign investment and trade policy as essential means for the sustainable and competitive development of the country in the new international context. The thesis delves into the analysis of the current bilateral situation, with the aim of deepening the shortcomings of the Uruguayan State seeking to explain and point out the solutions available to narrow the relationship with the US, positioning Uruguay as an important regional partner. The information obtained, made it possible to formulate conclusions that seek to accelerate action of the State having recommendations to obtain better exchange conditions trade with the US, also attending to the future ties and tasks of the agencies states involved in commercial and economic matters in Uruguay.
