Descripción :	To become limited companies, the initial concern is about to accomplish with the minimum percentages of contribution rates that correspond to the partners, but once society has been trying to achieve their goals find that its minimum capital is not enough to try to meet the demands for money in order to finance their activities, and therefore incurs undercapitalization, which has tried to resolve on the credit going under personal bond of the partners themselves or the banking system or to third party creditors in many cases are unsecured creditors. Ideal in the smooth operation of the business enterprise management is always projected a financial balance, but according to the samples we have analized this is one aspect of deficit in companies under analysis and therefore some theories arise to remedy this situation that sometimes have no legal protection in our commercial legal system such as the piercing the corporate veil, the prohibition of the abuse of the law or the rejection of Al constituirse las sociedades anónimas, la preocupación inicial es cumplir con los porcentajes mínimos de aporte que corresponden a los socios, pero una vez que la sociedad se ha constituido, al tratar de alcanzar sus objetivos, encuentra que su capital mínimo no es suficiente para tratar de satisfacer las exigencias de dinero que necesita el financiamiento de sus actividades, y por ello se incurre en infracapitalización, la que ha tratado de resolverse acudiendo al crédito conforme al vínculo personal de los propios socios, al sistema bancario o a los terceros que, en muchos casos, son acreedores quirografarios. El ideal en el desarrollo correcto de gestión de la empresa mercantil es que se propenda siempre hacia un equilibrio financiero, pero de acuerdo con las muestras que hemos analizado este es un aspecto deficitario en las empresas bajo análisis y, por ello, surgen algunas teorías para remediar esta situación que algunas veces no tienen amparo legal en nuestro sistema jurídico m
