Descripción :	El autor analiza la figura de Justo Steiner, bibliotecario y anarquista, que vivió en la Argentina en las primeras décadas del siglo XX y en donde desarrolló una importante tarea política y cultural. En tanto creía que sólo la educación podía hacer al hombre verdaderamente libre, fundó tres bibliotecas cuyas actividades incluían el funcionamiento de talleres de arte y de grupos filodramáticos. The author analyzes the figure of Justo Steiner, an anarchist and librarian who dwelled in Argentina during the first decades of the XXth Century, where he developed a very important political and cultural role. Since he thought that only education makes men free, he founded three libraries, whose activities included art workshops and philodramatic groups
