| Descripción : | En el prólogo de su Syllabus de 1277 el obispo Etienne Tempier condena el libro De amare o De deo Amoris, atribuido a Andreas Capellanus. El Syllabus prohíbe la lectura del De amore junto con algunos tratados de necromancia. A raíz de esta referencia explícita al libro, pero no a su contenido, mucho se ha discutido acerca del De amore como posible fuente de las tesis condenadas por Tempier. In the prologue of his Syllabus of 1277, Bishop Etienne Tempier condemned the book De amare or De deo Amoris, attributed to Andreas Capellanus. The Syllabus forbids the reading of De amore together with some treatises on necromancy. Because of this explicit reference to the book, but not to its content, much has been discussed about De amore as a possible source of the theses condemned by Tempier. |
