Título :	Qué es “lo que es viviente” (ὅ ἐστι ζῷον) según Numenio de Apamea

Descripción :	En este trabajo me propongo mostrar de qué modo la noción de ὅ ἐστι ζῷον (“lo que es viviente”), tomada del Timeo de Platón, se inserta en la estructura del ámbito ontológico-inteligible que Numenio articula en tres niveles, siguiendo su distinción de tres dioses. En tal sentido, el concepto de πρόσχρησις que aparece en el fragmento 22 será fundamental para comprender debidamente la dinámica interna de los planos teológico y ontológico, cuya estructura tripartita puede ser reconstruida principalmente a partir del fragmento 16. Al análisis de estos dos textos y sus mutuas relaciones estarán dedicados los dos primeros apartados. En el tercero, me ocuparé brevemente de algunos fragmentos que permiten analizar cómo los conceptos de “vida” (ζωή / βίος) y de “alma” (ψυχή) se relacionan con este esquema ontológico y teológico y qué papel juegan en la constitución del cosmos y del ser humano.  In this paper, I try to show in which way the concept of ὅ ἐστι ζῷον, taken from Plato’s Timaeus, is inserted within the structure of the intelligible realm that Numenius articulates in three levels, following his three gods. In this regard, the notion of πρόσχρησις in the fragment 22 is of upmost importance for the correct understanding of the dynamic within the theological and ontological realm, whose threefold structure can be reconstructed mainly from the fragment 16. The first two sections of the paper will deal, therefore, with these texts and the way they could be related to each other. In the third part, I will briefly analyse some fragments that show how the concepts of “life” (ζωή / βίος) and “soul” (ψυχή) are related with this theological and ontological realm and the role they play in the cosmic and human constitution.
