Descripción :	Los sonidos de los lamentos del Apartheid en Sudáfrica resuenan incesantemente en nuestros días. Las madres recuerdan a sus hijos desaparecidos; los monumentos de las víctimas del régimen de segregación racial están presentes en aquellas calles que se llenaron de sangre; los estudiantes y militantes en contra del Apartheid todavía tienen las cicatrices de las torturas de las que fueron víctimas; los afrikáners aún viven en los mejores barrios del país, barrios que fueron construidos con las manos de los africanos negros. En este trabajo se pretende estudiar cómo la música protesta se inserta en una compleja estructura de resistencia en el Apartheid. La música se abordará como un espacio de difusión de ideas revolucionarias; como un medio de denuncia contra las políticas de la muerte del régimen de segregación racial; finalmente, como un discurso en el cual se puede observar una serie de relatos contra-hegemónicos que se opusieron a los discursos racistas e identitarios provenientes de la élite blanca de los afrikáners. Afrikáner Xhosa Zulú The sounds of Apartheid's wailing in South Africa resonate relentlessly in our day. Mothers remember their missing children. The monuments of the victims of the racial segregation regime are present in those streets that were filled with blood. The students and militants against Apartheid still have the scars of the torture of which they were victims. Afrikaners still live in the best neighborhoods in the country, neighborhoods that were built with the hands of black Africans. This document aims to study how protest music is inserted into a complex resistance structure in the Apartheid. Music will be approached as a space for the dissemination of revolutionary ideas, as a means of denunciation against the policies of the death of the racial segregation regime. Finally, as a discourse in which a series of counter-hegemonic stories that opposed racist and identity discourses from the white elite of Afrikaners can be observed. Historiador (a) Pregrado
