| Descripción : | Este trabajo hace un recorrido historiográfico desde el siglo XVI, hasta el año 2020 del siglo XXI, para mostrar las pervivencias en los discursos y las prácticas de marginación que crean a la alteridad. Las cuales van a terminar creando en el siglo XIX nociones de ciudadanía frente a un Estado Nacional; al tiempo que a los "otros" de esa misma Nación y que, desde finales del siglo XX hasta la actualidad, el sistema económico va a moldear respecto a sus necesidades. En consecuencia, se analizan cómo las formas de ser y de constituirse dentro de un modelo nacional y económico están atravesadas por poderes que configuran individuos que sirvan a intereses hegemónicos, a la vez que enajenan a los otros. Se busca, con este trabajo, desmontar presupuestos que se han cimentado sobre las bases de la Nación y que se han normalizado por medio de conceptos que fueron construidos para segregar y excluir, los cuales son vigentes en la manera en la que se desarrolla la cotidianidad. This work makes a historiographic journey from the 16th century to the year 2020 of the 21st century, to show the survivals in the discourses and marginalization practices that create otherness. Which will end up creating in the nineteenth century notions of citizenship in front of a National State; at the same time as the "others" of the same Nation and that, from the end of the 20th century to the present, the economic system is going to shape its needs. Consequently, we analyze how the ways of being and constituting within a national and economic model are traversed by powers that configure individuals who serve hegemonic interests, while alienating others. It seeks, with this work, to dismantle assumptions that have been founded on the bases of the Nation and that have been normalized through concepts that were built to segregate and exclude, which are in force in the way in which daily life develops .
