| Descripción : | La investigación titulada: “JAÎ KŪÂ/Justicia Dulce. Urdimbres y tramas de la justicia sanadora en el Territorio Ancestral Indígena San Lorenzo en Riosucio-Caldas”, fue realizada para optar al título de magister en Estudios culturales Latinoamericanos de la Universidad Pontificia Javeriana, bajo la modalidad de “artefacto digital” y dio pie a la construcción colaborativa del canasto de pensamiento y sentimiento “JAÎ KŪ”.
En un primer momento la intención estuvo direccionada a responder la pregunta por: ¿Cómo se tejen las prácticas de justicia propia en el Territorio Ancestral Indígena de San Lorenzo con el cuidado dulce del territorio/cuerpo/tierra? y dar cuenta de un objetivo general: Relatar desde experiencias compartidas aquellas prácticas de la justicia propia en el Territorio Ancestral Indígena San Lorenzo que posibilitan tejer el cuidado dulce del territorio/cuerpo/tierra.
En este orden de ideas, su intención estuvo encaminada a describir las representaciones y significados del cuerpo y el territorio que se vinculan a las prácticas de la justicia propia en San Lorenzo; develar los gestos del sentir, pensar y hacer que dan cuenta de experiencias de justicia propia que trascienden la concepción de esta que solo se asocia al castigo y la sanción; y narrar los vínculos que se tejen entre la política, lo político y la espiritualidad en el ejercicio de la justicia propia. Territorio Ancestral Indígena San Lorenzo The investigation titled: “JAÎ KŪÂ/Sweet Justice. Warps and plots of healing justice in the San Lorenzo Indigenous Ancestral Territory in Riosucio-Caldas”, was carried out to qualify for the title of Master in Latin American Cultural Studies of the Pontificia Javeriana University, under the modality of “digital artifact” and gave rise to the collaborative construction of the basket of thought and feeling “JAÎ KŪ”. At first, the intention was directed at answering the question: How are the practices of self-justice in the Ancestral Indigenous Territory of San Lorenzo woven with the gentle care of the territory/body/land? and to account for a general objective: To report from shared experiences those practices of self-justice in the San Lorenzo Indigenous Ancestral Territory that make it possible to weave the sweet care of the territory/body/land. In this order of ideas, his intention was aimed at describing the representations and meanings of the body and the territory that are linked to the practices of self-justice in San Lorenzo; reveal the gestures of feeling, thinking and doing that account for experiences of self-justice that transcend the conception of this that is only associated with punishment and sanction; and narrate the links that are woven between politics, politics and spirituality in the exercise of self-justice.
