Título :	Estudio de las amenazas a la sostenibilidad de los acueductos veredales comunitarios del municipio de Guatavita y la formulación de las acciones a tomar para atenuarlas o eliminarlas

Descripción :	"La presente investigación tiene como principio que ""el agua es un derecho y no una mercancía"" y también parte de la filosofía que los acueductos comunitarios de los cuales hay en el país aproximadamente 15.000, son un activo muy importante desde todo punto de vista como el ambiental, el tejido social que existe detrás de ellos, pero especialmente la garantía del suministro de agua para más de 10 millones de personas generalmente de escasos recursos. En el capítulo # 2 se identifican las amenazas que afectan a los acueductos veredales comunitarios del municipio de Guatavita , las cuales podemos dividir en: Amenazas Biofísicas,2- Amenazas Sociales y Económicas, 3-Amenazas Institucionales y legales,4- Amenazas Tecnológicas y 5- Amenazas de Gobernabilidad y administración del recurso, posteriormente se expone la justificación del trabajo de investigación así como sus objetivos general y específicos los cuales están directamente relacionados con cada una de las amenazas, posteriormente tenemos los marcos de referencia, la metodología cualitativa, participativa utilizada para adelantar la investigación, para llegar a los resultados específicos encontrados para cada uno de los ocho acueductos que se estudiaron. La parte final se compone Por las conclusiones y resultados generales los cuales están directamente relacionados con cada una de las amenazas que se plantearon al comienzo del estudio, donde vale la pena resaltar que se prueba que las comunidades si son capaces de administrar un recurso de uso común como es el AGUA, para terminar con las recomendaciones y acciones que el investigador considera se deben realizar para cumplir con el objetivo principal de este estudio como es eliminar o al menos atenuar las amenazas que enfrentan los acueductos comunitarios en el municipio de Guatavita y que espero sean aplicables y útiles a muchos acueductos comunitarios veredales del país." "The present investigation is based on the principle that ""the water is a right and not a merchandise"" and also arises with the philosophy that the community aqueducts, of which approximately 15.000 are currently operating in the country, are an important asset from all the points of view such as the environmental, the social knit that exists behind them, but specially the guarantee of supply of water for more than 10 million people, most of them with tow income. In chapter 2 the threats that affect the community aqueducts of the municipality of Guatavita are identified, which we can divide in: 1- Biophysics threats,2- Social and economic threats, 3- Institutional and legal threats,4- Technological threats and 5- Administrative and governance of the resource threats. Subsequently I expose the justification of the investigation work and the general and specific objectives which are directly related to each one of the threats, afterwards we have the frame of references, the qualitative and participative methodology used to move on with the investigation and to arrive to the specific results found for the eight aqueducts considered in the study. The last part is composed by the conclusions and general results which are related directly with each one of the threats that were put into consideration at the beginning of the study, where is worthy to rebound that it is proven that the community is able to govern the resources of common use as the WATER, to finish with the recommendations and actions that the investigator considered should be taken to accomplish the principal objective of this study which is the elimination or at least the attenuation of the treats that face the community aqueducts in the municipality of Guatavita , and that I hope can be applicable and useful to many community aqueducts in the country."
