Título :	Film as a Mediator of Languages and Aesthetic in Classrooms of the Faculty of Social Work Cine como Mediador de Lenguajes y Estéticas en las Aulas de Trabajo Social

Descripción :	This paper shows the implicit and explicit relations of film in the university at the Faculty of Social Work, La Salle University (Bogotà city), acknowledging the diverse forms of expression of film as an essential component of social and individual development, considering it as a mediating mechanism of learning as valid as the knowledge of the disciplines of the profession. It proposes as well, the infinite possibilities that the new languages and esthetics of the audiovisual as mediators in the process of the classroom, from the field study carried on with 83 students, 19 educators and a Film Expert, which propose openly their perception about the imaginary that the film contributes with as a visible possibility of integration and articulation of knowledge and diverse sensibilities in the classroom and outside the classroom. At the same time, this study tries to do a revision of authors that have written papers about the relation Film and Education in the university context, as well as other units of measurement that take place inside and outside it; to this respect the levels of learning are observed, as well as their relation with the form of learning, this considering that the subject possesses in itself interest and updates as a process of creative and alternative, and taking into account, besides that the available research about the subject is scarce.  Finally we propose the observations, conclusions and the perspective of this subject in the educational field. Este trabajo muestra las relaciones explícitas e implícitas del cine en la universidad desde el Programa de Trabajo Social de la Universidad de la Salle (Bogotá), reconociendo las diversas formas de expresión del cine como un componente esencial del desarrollo individual y social, al considerarlo como un dispositivo mediador del aprendizaje tan válido como el conocimiento de las disciplinas propias de la profesión. Plantea, así mismo, las infinitas posibilidades que ofrecen los nuevos lenguajes y estéticas de lo audiovisual como mediadores en el proceso de aula, a partir del estudio de campo realizado a 83 estudiantes, 19 docentes y un experto en cine, quienes plantearon abiertamente su percepción acerca del imaginario que el cine aporta como posibilidad visible de integración y articulación de saberes y sensibilidades diversas al interior y fuera del aula. Paralelamente, este estudio intenta hacer una revisión de autores que han desarrollado trabajos en torno a la relación cine y educación en el ámbito universitario; así como de otras mediaciones que se dan al interior y fuera de él. Al respecto, se observan los niveles de aprendizaje y su relación con la forma de aprender; ésto considerando que el tema posee en sí mismo interés y actualidad como proceso de conocimiento creativo y alternativo, y tomando en cuenta, además, que son escasas las investigaciones disponibles sobre este tema. Al final, se plantea las observaciones, las conclusiones y la prospectiva para el campo educativo.
