Descripción :	This article reconstructs the experience of social organization CEB in Nayarit, duringthe decade of the 80’s and 90’s of last century. In particular, the shooting settings beemphasized as a catalyst and enabler for various actions that took place in a new socialtissue in the body. It is also intended to make a brief overview to explain not only theirrelative success, but its decline in the reconstruction of the social fabric in these places. Este artículo reconstruye la experiencia de organización social de las ComunidadesEclesiales de Base (ceb) en Nayarit (México), durante la década de los 80 y 90 del siglopasado. En especial, se enfatiza su rápida configuración como catalizador y potenciador dediferentes acciones que se desarrollaron en un nuevo tejido social en la entidad. Asimismo,se pretende realizar un breve balance para explicar no solo su éxito relativo, sino su decadenciaen la reconstrucción del tejido social en estos lugares.
