Descripción :	This text analyzes the attitudes before in front of the death in the nominal literature of theFirst World War. The purpose of this work is to show in which way the death like step to theeternity, meant to give the life in altars of a good reason, in the same way it was consideredto be a national cause that will to reach the indelible memory of his compatriots and diedby love of his owns convictions. Este texto analiza las actitudes ante la muerte en la literatura testimonial de la PrimeraGuerra Mundial. La finalidad de esto es mostrar de qué manera la muerte como paso a laeternidad, significó dar la vida en aras de una buena causa, por lo que se consideraba unavoluntad nacional, con la cual se alcanzaba el recuerdo indeleble de sus compatriotas y elbien morir.
