| Descripción : | Tutto quello che ci fa sentirci meglio è stato creato dall’immagionazione umana. Le nozioni di proprietà e di sviluppo sono essenziali per lo studio di questo oggeto perchè la corruzione presuppone un patrimônio – pubblico, in questo caso. L’uomo è creativo. Ci sono due tipi di esseri umani: quelli che creano alcuna cosa – loro sono gli imprenditori – e quelli che pensano che il mondo è disponibile e libero per essere usato – loro sono i pesi morti – ovvero, spesso, per essere usurpato – loro sono i predatori. Ambedue predatori e pesi morti sono nocivi, ma loro raggiungono il maggiore livello di malvagità quando sono publici ufficialli perchè il denaro è pubblico e la vitima è la colletività – loro sono i corrotti. Bisogna eliminare i corrotti, il popolo può fare questo per il voto. Everything that makes us feel better was created by human imagination. The notions of property and development are essential for this subject because corruption pressupposes immediately or indirectly a patrimony – public, in this case. The man is creatif. There are two kinds of human beings: those who create something – they are the entrepreneurs - and those who think that the world is available and free to be used – they are the deadweights- or, often, to be usurped – they are the predators. Both predators and deadweights are harmful, but they attempt a higher level of badness when they are public officers because the money is public and the victim is the society – they are the corrupts. It’s necessary to eliminate the corrupts, the people can do it by the vote. |
