Descripción :	Teorías que han dado tratamiento al error de prohibición abstracto o indirecto que recae sobre los elementos objetivos de una causal de ausencia de responsabilidad, y la relación que en la doctrina se le ha dado a esta postura con los postulados de la teoría de los elementos negativos del tipo propuesta por ADOLF MERKEL, para así, determinar el alcance que le da el numeral décimo del artículo 32 del Código Penal colombiano al tratamiento de las justificantes y exculpantes putativas. Theories that have dealt with the abstract or indirect prohibition error that falls on the objective elements of a cause of absence of responsibility, and the relationship that in the doctrine has been given to this position with the postulates of the theory of negative elements of the type proposed by ADOLF MERKEL, in order to determine the scope that the tenth numeral of article 32 of the Colombian Penal Code gives to the treatment of putative supporting documents and exculpations.
