| Descripción : | El instituto jurídico del delito continuado, desde sus inicios hasta el tratamiento que le han dado los diferentes doctrinantes, como también la postura que ha mantenido la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia colombiana. De igual forma se analizarán los elementos que configuran el delito continuado, con el fin de poder diferenciarlo de otros institutos jurídicos. The legal institute of continued crime, from its inception to the treatment given by the different doctrinants, as well as the position maintained by the Criminal Cassation Chamber of the Colombian Supreme Court of Justice. In the same way, the elements that make up the continuing crime will be analyzed, in order to be able to differentiate it from other legal institutes. |
