| Descripción : | This work aims, in an exploratory way, to understand the dynamics of self management on Tinder from the dramaturgical perspective of Erving Goffman. It is understood that, by triggering mechanisms of geolocation and asynchronous interaction, this social app mobilizes different forms of self presentation and legitimation of social faces. Therefore, it is discussed here how users construct themselves using the material limits of the mobile device seeking the social legitimation of their identities putted to the interaction. Este trabalho visa, de forma exploratória, compreender as dinâmicas de gerenciamento de si no Tinder a partir da perspectiva dramatúrgica de Erving Goffman. Entende-se que, por acionar mecanismos de geolocalização e de interação assíncrona, este aplicativo de relacionamento moviliza formas diferentes de apresentação do eu e de legitimação de fachadas sociais. Sendo assim, discute-se aqui de que forma os usuários constroem a si mesmos diante dos limites materiais do dispositivo móvel, buscando, assim, a legitimação social de suas identidades postas à interação. |
