Descripción :	El servicio de internet y sus usos han tenido un importante incremento en los últimos tiempos sobre todo en el contexto de la pandemia del COVID-19, este incremento se ha caracterizado por permitir que los usuarios tengan acceso a la información, comunicación y compartirla entre ellos de diferentes formas llevando así al objetivo de esta investigación que es determinar la relación que existen entre las variables teleducación, teletrabajo, brecha digital y como contribuyen en el incremento de demanda del internet. Esta investigación se ha hecho de forma cuantitativa, exploratoria, descriptiva y correlacional donde se ha utilizado como principal herramienta una encuesta con una fiabilidad de Alpha de Cronbach igual a 0.869 para identificar el grado de satisfacción que han tenido los representantes legales de los estudiantes en una escuela pública con respecto a las variables mencionadas. Los resultados mostraron que las variables están fuertemente correlacionadas aplicando el bilateral de Pearson con coeficientes estadísticamente significativos. The internet service and its uses have had a significant increase in recent times, especially in the context of the COVID-19pandemic, this increase has been characterized by allowing users to have access to information, communication and share it among themselves. different ways, thus leading to the objective of this research, which is to determine the relationship between the variables tele-education, teleworking, digital divide and how they contribute to the increase in internet demand. This research has been done in a quantitative, exploratory, descriptive, and correlational way where a survey with a reliability of Cronbach's Alpha equal to 0.869 has been used as the main tool to identify the degree of satisfaction that the legal representatives of the students have had in a public school with respect to the mentioned variables. The results showed that the variables are strongly correlated applying the Pearson bilateral with statistically significant coefficients. O serviço de Internet e seus usos tiveram um aumento significativo nos últimos tempos, especialmente no contexto da pandemia da COVID-19, este aumento se caracterizou por permitir que os usuários tenham acesso à informação, comunicação e a compartilhem entre si de diferentes maneiras, levando assim ao objetivo desta pesquisa que é determinar a relação que existe entre as variáveis teleducação, teletrabalho, divisão digital e como elas contribuem para o aumento da demanda pela Internet. Esta pesquisa foi feita de forma quantitativa, exploratória, descritiva e correlacional, onde uma pesquisa com uma confiabilidade do Alfa Cronbach igual a 0,869 foi utilizada como a principal ferramenta para identificar o grau de satisfação que os representantes legais dos alunos de uma escola pública tiveram com relação às variáveis mencionadas. Os resultados mostraram que as variáveis estão fortemente correlacionadas pela aplicação dos coeficientes bilaterais de Pearson com coeficientes estatisticamente significativos.
