Descripción :	Mediante el presente trabajo de investigación analizaremos los aspectos tenidos en cuenta por la doctrina nacional e internacional, así como también en la jurisprudencia; sobre los aspectos que conforman la conducta punible de fraude procesal.Para ello se describirán las características básicas aplicables para la interpretación y correcta adecuación típica del delito; lo anterior mediante la implementación de la hermenéutica jurídica, la dogmática jurídica y extracción de reglas de interpretación en la jurisprudencia colombiana, la doctrina, artículos científicos y demás documentos que guarden estrecha relación con el desarrollo y práctica del tipo penal dentro del ius puniendi del Estado. Through this research work we will analyze the aspects taken into account by national and international doctrine, as well as in jurisprudence; on the aspects that make up the conduct punishable by procedural fraud. For this, the basic characteristics applicable for the interpretation and correct typical adaptation of the crime will be described; the foregoing through the implementation of legal hermeneutics, legal dogmatics and extraction of interpretation rules in Colombian jurisprudence, doctrine, scientific articles and other documents that are closely related to the development and practice of the criminal type within the ius puniendi of the State .
