dc.descriptionIn the modern era, where important changes in science and technology have taken place, which in a certain measure have changed society, human capital plays an important role, since this transformation was driven by knowledge-based man. In this way, knowledge applies not only to the productive processes and services to achieve economic growth, but also in the knowledge itself to advance more quickly. The scientific-technological advances that occur today are moving at an incalculable speed and the clearest way to achieve development is to move from an industrial society to a knowledge society, where technology and organizational innovation centers are the platform for a more dynamic and less unequal world, if there is human capital prepared (specialized labor), it can be said that there are firm bases to generate economic growth with a view to the development of the regions.en-US
dc.descriptionDado el avance inminente en la ciencia y la tecnología, que en determinada medida ha modificado la sociedad actual, es preciso reflexionar sobre el capital humano, pues es claro que dicha transformación ha sido impulsada por el hombre con base en el conocimiento. De esta forma, el conocimiento se aplica no solo a los procesos productivos y de servicio para ampliar el crecimiento económico, sino también en el propio conocimiento para avanzar más rápidamente.Los avances científicos – tecnológicos que ocurren en la actualidad marchan a una velocidad incalculable, y la forma más clara para alcanzar desarrollo es pasar de una sociedad industrial a una sociedad de conocimiento, donde la tecnología y los centros organizativos de innovación constituyen la plataforma para un mundo más dinámico y menos desigual. Si hay capital humano preparado (mano de obra especializada) se puede decir que existen bases firmes para generar crecimiento económico con miras al desarrollo de las regiones.es-ES
