dc.descriptionThis article is based on a descriptive study with a mixed approach and non-experimental design, whose objective was to evaluate the psychological reactions present in parents and / or pediatric oncological patient caregiver in the city of Bucaramanga during 2017; 40 participants were selected in a non-probabilistic manner, for convenience, and they were applied the inventory of state / trait anxiety STAI, inventory of depression state / trait IDER and scale of appreciation to stress EAE. It was found that 42.5% of the participants scored in high average anxiety levels for state and 42.5% for high trait anxiety, on the other hand the results related to depression show that 40% of the sample presented depression type state and 25% scored for trait type depression; In terms of the scale of appreciation to stress, there is a parallel between low level and high level with 45% for each parameter.  en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo parte de un estudio de tipo descriptivo con enfoque mixto y diseño no experimental, cuyo objetivo consistió en evaluar las reacciones psicológicas presentes en padres y/o cuidador de paciente oncológico pediátrico en la ciudad de Bucaramanga durante el año 2017; fueron seleccionados 40 participantes de forma no probabilística, por conveniencia, y se les aplico el inventario de Ansiedad estado/rasgo STAI, Inventario de Depresión estado/rasgo IDER y escala de apreciación al estrés EAE. Se encontró que el 42,5% de los participantes puntuaron en niveles de ansiedad media alta para estado y el 42,5% para ansiedad rasgo alta, por otra parte los resultados relacionados con depresión evidencian que el 40% de la muestra presentan depresión tipo estado y un 25% puntuó para depresión tipo rasgo; en cuanto a la escala de apreciación al estrés existe un paralelo entre nivel bajo y nivel alto con un 45% para cada parámetro.es-ES
