dc.descriptionAutopoiesis to enhance Great Talent shows how this is carried out education in La Guajira, as approached from the direction of institutions, making teachers and their interaction with internal and external environment. This research is qualitative, based on ideas emerging from the postpositivist epistemology based systems concepts. The symbolic interactionism was the approach that allowed better develop research since its precepts, and type of ethnographic research was well suited to address l municipality from the perspective of its concepts. The research design was an elaboration itself, through the development of five times, thus emerging a theoretical construct and enhance the great talent through autopoiesis. The purposive sample consisted of six people representing the different roles of education. In the final considerations it could be observed that there is an embryonic development of some elements of the autopoietic theory, which serve as a basis to start implementation of the proposed theory in educational institutions. Among the recommendations referred, that of applying the theoretical proposal as a basis for improving the educational process in the municipality, take how interesting it is doing to apply by many other agencies involved more the environment through more efficient care disturbances that this presents.en-US
dc.descriptionLa Autopoiésis muestra la forma como se lleva a cabo la educación en La Guajira, como se aborda, desde la dirección de las instituciones, el quehacer los docentes y su interacción con el entorno interno y externo. Esta investigación es cualitativa, fundamentada en ideas que surgen de la epistemología pospositivista, tomando como base conceptos sistémicos. El interaccionismo simbólico fue el enfoque que permitió desarrollar de mejor manera la investigación dado sus preceptos, y el tipo de investigación Etnográfica se hizo muy adecuado para abordar la educación en la región desde la perspectiva de sus conceptos. El diseño de la investigación fue una elaboración propia, a través del desarrollo de cinco momentos, surgiendo de esta manera un constructo teórico para potenciar el talento genial a través de la autopoiésis. La muestra intencional estuvo conformada por 6 personas que representan los diferentes roles de la educación. En las consideraciones finales pudo observar que hay un desarrollo embrionario de algunos elementos que conforman la teoría autopoiética, lo cual sirven de base para iniciar la aplicación de la propuesta teórica en las instituciones educativas. Entre las recomendaciones sobresale la aplicación de la propuesta teórica como base para mejorar el proceso educativo en el municipio, tomar lo interesante que viene haciendo para aplicarlo por parte de muchos otros organismos, involucrado más al entorno a través de una atención más eficiente a las perturbaciones que este presenta.es-ES
