Descripción :	The title of this issue of the Bulletin Redipe Magazine honors the editorial article prepared by the Spanish pedagogue Pedro Ortega Ruiz, creator of the Pedagogy of Otherness perspective, member of the Quality Committee of the Ibero-American Pedagogy Network and coordinator of the International Network of Pedagogy of Otherness, Ripal. In it, the author emphatically states that in education the time has come to "do things well", not to prolong, over time, a situation that, clearly, demands from everyone a determined action to change course and find, among all, a different way of educating more respectful with the other for whom we are responsible. The possibility of building a community in which nobody feels an object, subject to the will of power, but rather a citizen, owner of his own destiny, goes through it. Education affects, by its very nature, in all dimensions of the person, also in the social sphere. There is no indifferent or neutral education to what each student lives, to the circumstances of his existence. It is always the other, in the reality of his existence, in the warp of his life, the recipient of the educating action. To educate is to help the construction of a new creature (person) and a new society, in accordance with the ethical principles of justice and solidarity. The education of the new generations is an impossible task to perform if you do not have some convictions (values) minimally settled on what is the world in which you live, on man and on yourself. Only on these convictions is it possible to educate, and only on them is it possible to live as humans. El título de este número de la Revista Boletín Redipe hace honor al artículo editorial elaborado por el pedagogo español Pedro Ortega Ruiz, creador de la perspectiva Pedagogía de la alteridad, miembro del Comité de calidad de la Red Iberoamericana de Pedagogía y coordinador de la Red Internacional de Pedagogía de la alteridad, Ripal. En el mismo el autor pone de presente, enfáticamente, que en educación ha llegado el momento de “hacer bien las cosas”, no prolongar, en el tiempo, una situación que, a todas luces, reclama de todos una actuación decidida para cambiar de rumbo y encontrar, entre todos, una manera distinta de educar más respetuosa con el otro de quien somos responsables. Nos va en ello la posibilidad de construir una comunidad en la que nadie se sienta objeto, sometido al arbitrio del poder, sino ciudadano, dueño de su propio destino. La educación incide, por su propia naturaleza, en todas las dimensiones de la persona, también en el ámbito social. No hay una educación indiferente o neutra a lo que vive cada educando, a las circunstancias de su existencia. Siempre es el otro, en la realidad de su existencia, en la urdimbre de su vida, el destinatario de la acción educadora. Educar es ayudar a la construcción de una nueva criatura (persona) y una nueva sociedad, de acuerdo con los principios éticos de la justicia y de la solidaridad. La educación de las nuevas generaciones es una tarea imposible de realizar si no se tienen algunas convicciones (valores) mínimamente asentadas sobre lo que es el mundo en el que se habita, sobre el hombre y sobre sí mismo. Sólo sobre estas convicciones es posible educar, y sólo sobre ellas es posible vivir como humanos.
