dc.descriptionThe conformation of dynamically complex societies (Fullan, Morin), constitutes a framework of analysis to glimpse the main challenges that will have to face, in general the educational institutions, and in particular the teachers, who will have to play a leading role from a centered leadership in deep learning, whose foundation is a socio-critical and evolutionary rationality. For this, it requires as a continuum to become aware of its role, to create itself to create, to practice generosity, to promote the common good for social transformation and human evolution. (Of the Herrán Gascón, Barnett, Kotter, Habermas, IIPE). This communication includes three sections: i) the meaning of the change in the triad: society project, educational project and human being project and its relationship with the types of cognitive interests of Habermas; ii) emerging approaches to teacher leadership; iii) educational management and leadership docenten-US
dc.descriptionLa conformación de sociedades dinámicamente complejas (Fullan, Morin), constituye un marco de análisis para vislumbrar los principales desafíos que habrán de enfrentar, en general las instituciones educativas, y en particular los docentes, quienes habrán de jugar un papel protagónico desde un liderazgo centrado en el aprendizaje profundo, cuyo basamento es una racionalidad socio-crìtica y evolucionista. Para ello requiere como un continuum tomar conciencia de su papel, crearse para crear, practicar la generosidad, promover el bien común para la transformación social y evolución humana. Esta comunicación comprende tres apartados: i) el sentido del cambio en la triada: proyecto de sociedad, proyecto educativo y proyecto de ser humano y su relación con los tipos de intereses cognitivo de Habermas; ii) planteamientos emergentes en torno al liderazgo docente; iii) gestión educativa y liderazgo docente.es-ES
