| dc.description | Tras largas discusiones a lo largo del tiempo entre las diversas claves del éxito de los grandes intérpretes, esta monografía aborda el tema de la práctica instrumental desde la perspectiva de la importancia del estudio eficaz, estratégico y perseverante, y, de este modo, la perentoria necesidad de convertirse en objeto de investigación. La autora relata cómo, en tan sólo los últimos cien años, se ha observado un interés científico por la naturaleza de la práctica instrumental y su relación con la transición desde niveles iniciales hasta niveles de excelencia. No obstante, señala que los estudios sobre la planificación de la interpretación, es decir, sobre cómo formar representaciones mentales de la música, diseñar planes interpretativos y estrategias adecuadas de práctica instrumental, no comenzaron hasta después de la aparición de la psicología cognitiva en la segunda mitad del siglo XX, ya que había poco lugar para tales cuestiones en la corriente conductista. | es-ES |
| dc.description | After long discussions over time among the various keys to the success of great performers, this monograph approaches the subject of instrumental practice from the perspective of the importance of effective, strategic and persevering study, and thus the peremptory need to become an object of research. The author relates how, in just the last hundred years, scientific interest in the nature of instrumental practice and its relationship to the transition from initial levels to levels of excellence has been observed. However, she points out that studies on performance planning, i.e., how to form mental representations of music, design performance plans and appropriate instrumental practice strategies, did not begin until after the emergence of cognitive psychology in the second half of the 20th century, as there was little room for such questions in the behaviorist stream. | en-US |
