dc.description	The various ways in which the housing problems of the popular sectors are addressed, promotes inquiry into the different approaches of popular habitat, primarily from the formation of the discipline of architecture. Popular habitat approaches that have been coined over recent decades in Latin America are designed from the developmental trends, from architecture and technicaleconomic discipline, advances made by grassroots organizations dedicated to this subject and the Andean notions (sumak kawsay and qamaña sum). Likewise, the comparison between the differences and encounters relative to the prevailing positions of each are expressed qualitatively. The ultimate goal is to build a theoretical framework in which the proposed approaches to the popular habitat are established, incorporating the views of the various international organizations that have operated in the academic building in these terms.	en-US
dc.description	Las diversas formas en que se aborda la problemática habitacional de los sectores populares promueve la indagación sobre los diversos enfoques del hábitat popular, principalmente desde la formación de la disciplina de arquitectura. Los enfoques del hábitat popular que se han acuñado a lo largo de las últimas décadas en Latinoamérica se conciben desde las corrientes desarrollistas, desde la arquitectura como disciplina técnico-social, los avances expuestos por organizaciones sociales de base dedicadas a esta temática y las nociones andinas. Así mismo, se expresan cualitativamente la comparación entre las diferencias y encuentros respecto a los posicionamientos predominantes de cada uno. El fin último es construir un marco teórico en el que se establezcan los enfoques propuestos sobre el hábitat popular, incorporando la visión de los distintos organismos internacionales que han operado en la construcción académica en estos términos.	es-ES
