dc.description	The purpose of this paper is, first, to define very briefly what can be understood by Imaginaries and Social Representations and to point out their necessary articulation in sociological research. Secondly, to mention some of the ideas of the Actor-Network Theory (ant) that help link it with Imaginaries and social Representations. Thirdly, to show how the ant proposals clarify the relationship between symbolic constructs and the technological artifacts that flood our daily lives. Finally, and as an example, to show how technological imaginary has influenced the ways of relating and seeking emotional ties with others through dating applications.	en-US
dc.description	El propósito de este artículo es, primero, definir muy brevemente, lo que puede entenderse por Imaginarios y Representaciones sociales y señalar su necesaria articulación en la investigación sociológica. En segundo término, mencionar algunas ideas de la Teoría del Actor-Red que permiten ligarla con los imaginarios y representaciones sociales. En tercer lugar, mostrar cómo las ideas de la TAR permiten esclarecer la relación entre constructos simbólicos y los artefactos tecnológicos que inundan nuestra vida cotidiana. Finalmente, y como ejemplo, mostrar cómo el imaginario tecnológico ha incidido en las formas de relacionarnos y buscar lazos afectivos con los demás, a través del uso de las aplicaciones de citas.	es-ES
