dc.description	This article seeks to shed some light on the different ways in which gender is conformed within the organization of academic work in Chile, from the standpoint of academic trajectories at the University. To accomplish this, we will delve into the academic trajectories of women involved in feminist activism, or whose work involves the subject of gender. Adopting a qualitative and feminist research perspective stemming from thematic-content analysis applied to nine different interviews, we raised several issues and practices where academic organization engages in genderising processes. The results show how the current organization of academic work begets binary gender practices, rebuilt within the context of the transformations experienced by Chilean universities throughout their history. We specifically analyze gender binarisation in relation to teaching, research and administrative work, ss well as some of the challenges posed by feminism to combat said binarisation	en_US
dc.description	Este artículo busca contribuir a la comprensión del modo en que se construye género en la organización del trabajo académico en Chile, desde el punto de vista que ofrecen las trayectorias académicas en la universidad. Para ello indagamos en las trayectorias de académicas involucradas en el activismo feminista o en cuyo trabajo se aborda la perspectiva de género. A partir de un análisis de contenido temático aplicado a nueve entrevistas, problematizamos episodios y prácticas donde la organización académica involucra procesos de generización, adoptando una perspectiva de investigación cualitativa y feminista Los resultados muestran cómo la organización contemporánea del trabajo académico conlleva prácticas de género binarizadas que se reconstruyen en el contexto de transformaciones históricas experimentadas por las universidades chilenas. Específicamente analizamos la binarización de género en relación con las prácticas de docencia, investigación y gestión, así como algunos desafíos feministas a dicha binarización.	es_ES
