| dc.description | RESUMEN: El trabajo de investigación que presento da cuenta del proceso que ha tenido la Junta de Acción Comunal de la vereda La Loma parte alta del municipio de Abejorral y de factores externos no controlables como el conflicto armado que han afectado su dinámica e influye en el nivel de desarrollo, sostenibilidad y empoderamiento de este organismo de representación comunitaria. La investigación se delimita teniendo presente tres momentos: el primer momento se da entre 1983 y 1998, va desde la fecha de inicio y constitución de la Junta de Acción Comunal, aquí es donde inicia la historia de la forma organizativa que le da vida a la vereda desde una estructura formal; el segundo momento, es el periodo comprendido entre 1998 y 2002, cuando ocurren hechos como la llegada de grupos armados, enfrentamiento entre estos, tortura, asesinatos y desplazamiento forzado; el último momento inicia en 2002 y va hasta diciembre de 2018, en este periodo se da el retorno de pobladores a la vereda, y la reconstrucción de la junta de acción comunal; en cada periodo se evalúan componentes de modelos de operación organizativa como: estrategia, estructura, procesos, sistema de recompensas y personas. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT: The research work that I present gives an account of the process that the community action board of the La Loma village had in the upper part of the municipality of Abejorral and as non-controllable external factors such as the armed conflict that have affected its dynamics and influences the level of development, sustainability and empowerment of this community representation body.
