dc.description	The following pages explain four moments: First, some conceptual accuracies on conflict are presented, trying to clarify the breadth and complexity of the term, but at the same time placing conflict as substantial part of human relationships. A second moment will consider what is meant by post-conflict and some discussion of how to take it on the possible negotiation between the colombian government and the FARC guerrilla. Thirdly, the possible role of social work in the post-conflict is presented, but not before giving some definitions based on different authors about the discussion of intervention in the discipline. Finally, some remarks are made by way of conclusion.	en-US
dc.description	En las siguientes páginas se plantean cuatros momentos: en un primer momento se presentan algunas precisiones conceptuales sobre el conflicto, tratando de dejar claro lo amplio y lo complejo del término, pero de igual forma ubicando el conflicto como sustancial a las relaciones humanas. En un segundo momento se planteará qué se entiende por posconflicto y algunos debates de cómo asumir este en la eventual negociación del gobierno colombiano con la Farc. En un tercer momento se expone cómo podría ser la participación del trabajo social, en el posconflicto, no sin antes dar algunas definiciones, basadas en distintos autores, sobre el debate de la intervención en la disciplina. Por último se realizan algunas anotaciones a modo de conclusiones.	es-ES
