dc.description	This document informs about research training in the journal Uni-pluriversidad; however, their reflections and discussions transcend the local scene, as they are valid both nationally and internationally. The purpose of the study was to describe the contributions of the journal to the discussion on research training in its 20-year history. For this, a documentary study was carried out, from which 5 categories of analysis were established: visions and meanings around research training, research management, competencies to be researchers, strategies and activities for research training and training of masters in research. The results of the studies show the need to reincorporate in the journal’s agenda the question of training in research in higher education in the light of the new notions that are incorporated the academic environment and that guide the training of professionals in our country. Likewise, the contributions of the journal in the dissemination of discussions, reflections and strategies for research training such as seedbeds of research, the role of research in higher education and the relationship between teaching and research are recognized that continue to be valid topics and that show the importance to continue promoting discussions regarding the understandings of research training, the strategies used and their impact on the education of professionals trained to meet the challenges of society.	en-US
dc.description	Este documento informa sobre la formación en investigación en la revista Uni-pluriversidad de la Universidad de Antioquia; sin embargo, sus reflexiones y discusiones trascienden el escenario local, pues son vigentes tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. El propósito del estudio fue describir los aportes de la revista a la discusión sobre la formación en investigación en sus 20 años de trayectoria. Para ello, se realizó un estudio documental a partir del cual se establecieron cinco categorías de análisis: visiones y significados alrededor de la formación en investigación, gestión de la investigación, competencias para ser investigadores, estrategias y actividades para la formación en investigación y formación de maestros en investigación. Los resultados del estudio evidencian la necesidad de reincorporar, en la agenda de la revista, la pregunta por la formación en investigación en Educación Superior a la luz de las nuevas nociones que se incorporan en el entorno académico y que orientan la formación de profesionales en el país. Así mismo, se reconocen los aportes de la revista en la divulgación de discusiones, reflexiones y estrategias para la formación en investigación tales como los semilleros de investigación, el rol de la investigación en Educación Superior y la relación entre docencia e investigación, temas que continúan vigentes y que evidencian la importancia de continuar promoviendo las discusiones frente a las comprensiones de la formación en investigación, las estrategias utilizadas y su impacto en la educación de profesionales capacitados para atender a los retos de la sociedad	es-ES
