dc.description	This article is a critical analysis of the educational function of Festival de Teatro Iberoamericano de Bogotá in relation to its audience, resulting from the direct observation of its fifteenth version by the TEI group of young researchers. The objective is to encourage the use of the FITB academic agenda, as a reference framework to fill the curricular gaps in theater schools, contributing to the understanding and creation of theatrical productions, by benefiting from the alternatives offered by the FITB school as extracurricular educational resources  that  favor  the  quality  of  academic  mis-en-scenes, while generating ethical professional principles and solving the educational concerns of artists and spectators alike. The goal is to prompt discussion, seeking not only support for such academic initiatives, but also the efforts in educating audiences to ensure the dissemination and qualification of processes.	en-US
dc.description	Reflexión sobre los espacios académicos de los festivales como alternativa a los procesos académicos en las escuelas de teatro en Colombia, siendo este el resultado de la observación directa realizada por el semillero de investigación TEI en la XV versión del Festival Iberoamericano de Teatro de Bogotá (FITB 2016). El objetivo es analizar cómo las alternativas pedagógicas extracurriculares, por ejemplo, la Escuela del Festival, aportan referentes para nuevas propuestas creativas, además de principios éticos en la práctica profesional; así mismo ayudar a resolver las inquietudes formativas de artistas y fortalecer los procesos de formación de público. Se pretende invitar a la reflexión y al análisis de tales iniciativas que complementen los procesos de las escuelas, academias y programas universitarios de formación en teatro y contribuir a la construcción de espacios similares en otras regiones del país.	es-ES
