dc.description	When we analyze the “malpractice phenomenon” in different professional fields such as law, medicine, architecture, etc., is clearly defined (Smith, 1992), however, in Education it does not appear in any of the texts of the educational framework described by UNESCO, nor in the 2015 Eurydice report, nor in Spain with the new LOMLOE. All these institutions defend comprehensive training or formation, based on equity and inclusion. A formation that aspires to not leave anyone behind. But the school dropout data warns us that, nonetheless, the error is out there, although we have not defined it yet. In addition, from the different contextualization, it is admitted the need for teacher training and the lack of well-trained teachers for the complexity of educational work nowadays. (UNESCO, 2016). Teacher assessment is probably the tool that might help us to improve teacher performance and to detect malpractice in order to eradicate it. It is a first step to open the door to an element of the radical inclusive approach, focused on awareness in education, because malpractice has not been worked in depth, but it is widely admitted that it affects the entire educational field in a transversal way and moreover, is at the root of teaching performance. dc.description	Al analizar el fenómeno de la mala práctica en diferentes ámbitos profesionales tales como la abogacía, la medicina, la arquitectura, etc., la mala práctica aparece definida de manera clara (Smith, 1992), pero en educación no aparece en ningún texto del marco educativo descrito por la UNESCO, ni en el informe de Eurydice de 2015, ni en España con la nueva LOMLOE. Todas estas instituciones abogan por una formación integral desde la equidad y la inclusión. Una formación que aspira a no dejarse a nadie por el camino. Pero los datos de abandono escolar nos alertan de que, a pesar de todo, el error existe, aunque no lo hayamos definido. También desde todas contextualizaciones se reconoce la necesidad de la formación docente y de la falta de docentes formados para la complejidad de las labores educativas en la actualidad (UNESCO, 2016). Probablemente sea la evaluación docente la herramienta que nos ayude a mejorar el desempeño docente y a detectar la mala práctica para su erradicación. Es un primer paso para abrir la puerta a un elemento del enfoque radical inclusivo desde la conciencia en educación, porque la mala práctica no se ha trabajado en profundidad, pero afecta de forma transversal a todo el ámbito educativo y está en la raíz del desempeño docente (De la Herrán, 2014).	es-ES
