dc.description	A continuación, presento un trabajo con el cual he pretendido aplicar los conceptos aprendidos durante mi formación como músico y director coral. Un recorrido que si bien no ha sido fácil por diversas complejidades de la vida, he intentado forjar con empeño y coraje, enfrentando los retos que se me han presentado para poder culminar con éxito mi más grande pasión. Este reto, me hizo desenvolverme en tres coros con características diferentes, tanto en lo personal como en lo musical, haciéndome buscar elementos diferentes para poder lograr despertar sensibilidad en cada uno de los coristas, y así obtener interpretaciones que se acerquen a lo esbozado por el compositor en su partitura. Con este escrito, se pretende hacer un recorrido por diversas expresiones musicales, iniciando desde nuestro país con compositores santandereanos, que han dejado huella en la historia de la música colombiana; continuando por países suramericanos como Venezuela, Ecuador, Perú y Argentina, pasando al barroco alemán y a la música contemporánea Española. En el montaje y análisis de este repertorio, encontré pensamientos y filosofías contrarias a las mías, reflejadas en disonancias armónicas, chocando con un gusto que prefiere lo tonal y consonante; haciéndome entender esto, que al momento de hacer música, es necesario alejarse de todo prejuicio para obtener un buen resultado.

dc.description	Next, I present a work with which I have tried to apply the concepts learned during my training as a musician and choral director. A journey that, although it has not been easy due to the various complexities of life, I have tried to forge with determination and courage, facing the challenges that have been presented to me in order to successfully culminate my greatest passion. This challenge made me develop into three choirs with different characteristics, both personally and musically, making me look for different elements to be able to awaken sensitivity in each of the choristers, and thus obtain interpretations that are close to what was outlined by the composer on his score. With this writing, it is intended to take a tour of various musical expressions, starting from our country with composers from Santander, who have left their mark on the history of Colombian music; continuing through South American countries such as Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru and Argentina, moving on to German baroque and contemporary Spanish music. In the assembly and analysis of this repertoire, I found thoughts and philosophies contrary to mine, reflected in harmonic dissonances, clashing with a taste that prefers the tonal and consonant; making me understand this, that when making music, it is necessary to get away from all prejudice to obtain a good result.
